Lovely local Coffee Bar, with family atmosphere. Beautiful interior design and nice outside garden full of flowers and plants. Very delicious food, especially dessert and hot drinks. Good price range. Can be busy so would recommend earlier booking for more people.
You just can't fault Bonbons. Popped in for breakfast today and enjoyed the warm welcome, the great service and the delicious food, which came piping hot and looked like a work of art. Lovely. Just lovely. Not surprised that it's always packed. Got to be one of the best spots around to eat and relax.

Went for a random walk to Penwortham and needed food. Came across BonBons and so glad we went in. I always love places that provide jacket potato's, sandwiches, toasties and a choice of cake etc. The service was amazing so polite and chatty with us. We had chicken sweet Chilli panini and came with side of crisps and salad. When I say salad it isn't just what looks like a load of leaves and grass added to your plate. It included lettuce, tomato, Cucumber and peppers (this is a salad ) I enjoyed it and wanted more. We didn't have any other food but looking around the afternoon tea looked super cute and the waffles and sandwiches too. We skipped past the massive cakes on offer, would have them all and thought about them all night. I would recommend this place and will come again.
Staff are lovely. Food delicious. Great inside space, and plenty of heated outdoor area. The scones are the best I've ever tasted. Regular visitors, today was Eggs Royal. And poached eggs on toasted sourdough bread.
16 of us went for Festive afternoon tea to celebrate my 60th Birthday. Fab-u-lous!! From booking easily on the telephone with the very helpful team, to leaving with our boxes of goodies, all went as planned! The food was excellent and plenty of it! We got supplied with boxes to take home what we couldn't manage to eat. The staff are very polite and friendly and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Nothing too much trouble. Overall was a lovely afternoon. Highly recommend this place! A true gem!
